what is this magic!!!!
How many eggs do you have daily? And how does it affect the jam in your veins?
He complained about the amount of food I gave him. So I decided to skip the egg and sausage that was made for breakfast, Instead I added the protein to the flapjacks, it is the same amount of powder you would use in a breakfast smoothie. He has not complained yet. Yes we have a relationship where he will tell me it is not enough or to much. I do not take offence... he knows I'm not a very good cook and I take advice![]()
2 to 3 eggs a day, by jam I'm assuming you mean cholesterol and that's a myth, eating healthy fats improves your cholesterol (but cholesterol is another huge issue all by itself)

Mr Mila's is normal...mine is not so normal. I have reduced it by 2 points. Was 7.5 is now 5.5.
I know about the cholesterol myth thing. But has been advised to not eat more than one egg a day. And since I'm not the most creative cook he gets the same as me. Egg whites![]()
So you reckon I can give him boiled eggs with his flapjacks?
so I've just checked Shoprite, Fruit and Veg and Woolies and all are charging about R14.99 an Avo, looks like they're imported from Spain
You need a stick blender and a large mug![]()

Avo season in South-Africa is from March - November. Outside of these months the price triples.
In April we'll see R5 avos again.
yes but you're using low fat yoghurt which is loaded with sugar
anything low-fat/no-fat has been loaded with sugar to counter how crap it tastes without fat, you need to use full fat or double fat yoghurt
