Do they actually taste nice? How do you eat them?
I have hemp seeds but they are so uncomfortable to eat...
Just an Update.
I'm down to 106.4kg. My pants are starting to fall off. I need to make an extra hole in my belts now.
Snip.
I will do a weekly update from now
15 January - 115kg
20 February - 106.4kg
25 February - 105.3kg
My Goal is 95kg by end March. Still 10kg to go. It is getting harder now.

One thing that's bugging me still, because I just made another loaf, is that my mix never comes out as a batter. Mine is stiff as all hell, nothing like in the video whatsoever.
Not yet no, just buying flax meal
Nice one. Congrats.
Do you track your daily intake with an app (Like MyFitnessPal)?
How tall are you? That is good it can be done, my bro went from 115 to 88 he is over 190cm but he has put some of it back on (not sure of his current but should be between 90-92. He did it between August and December last year, he says the trick is keeping it off.
I hear they say that nothing tastes as good as thin feels
I wouldn't know though![]()
Right folks.
I know butter has been discussed a lot and there has even been another thread on it.
However I have a question on brands. I went shopping and noticed;
Lurpak, Kerrigold, MooiRivier, Checkers and PnP brands, Clover - salted and unsalted versions. Now I am not considering the butter spreads which are softer as they all contain some kind of oil; sunflower, rape seed etc and are processed to be softer.
Looking at the contents of the various others - specifically comparing Lurpak and Kerrigold to Clover salted butter I found no difference in ingredients or nutritional content. Is it then actually worth it to pay the extra premium for those oversea brands?
Btw - cooked with butter for first time this morning...I have seriously missed out in my life.
