Weight Loss Thread 2014

At 3pm I am stopping work and inviting company over. I'm baking chocolate brownies, and then I'm going to eat them and copious amounts of ice cream watching series for the rest of the day. You are welcome to join us!

Hmmmm, fancy that! I'm more interested in which series you're going to be watching.

Haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks but pants are def a little more relaxed around the waist. Bacon festival tomorrow ^_^

I think I should have only butter coffee and soup for the next 6 weeks.

Google the warrior or bulletproof diet. You have your BP coffee in the mornings, maybe another one around eleven and then give yourself an eating period of around 4-6 hours. You're kinda like me with not liking a whole lot of foods ( well you're more weird :p), so you only have to worry about 1 main meal. It also keeps you from snacking whenever you feel like it if you know you can only eat at a certain time. It's good to still follow low carb though...keeps you full.

That might actually be a good idea. I've been reading about the bulletproof diet a little bit. I'm struggling to chew and I don't think swallowing whole pieces of bacon is very good for me :p
I'm so tired of food in general, even when mister mentioned brownies it made me feel a little sick...

First week is tough, by the third week you only think about food around 1 pm.

Is there a vegetarian option? :D

Getting my "Real Meal Revolution" this weekend :D Than can buy all the stuffs I need to start.

I have a question though, I know I am able to eat bacon and eggs on LCHF, could I eat that some nights for supper as well as having it in the morning?

According to someone on fb you can get grass fed butter here for R49 per 500g.

BULL****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got hope meat's bull**** about their "organic" butter before. I googled the name of the company who actually makes the butter, and they told me that they are not even sure of the origin of the milk they use! It comes from all over, but they are 99% sure it is grain (not grass) fed and not even organic grain at that.
