Go right ahead re what you've been eating!
Also re weight loss, it's gradual, and the kgs come off before the cms - the latter being more important. Don't stress about it too much. I'd suggest weighing in once a week a week, on the same day at the same time roughly.
Scrap the apple, the amount of sugar in that has basically thrown all the rest out the window
Really? Darn!
In "The real meal revolution" book it said 1.5 Apples is fine a day...
Any fruits I can eat?
You can have 1.5 apples if you have ZERO other carbs, can't go down that whole orange list and have everything off it thinking you'll be ok... Stay off the fruit in the beginning, can reintroduce later if you're really missing it
Ah ok cool. Thanks![]()
Will avoid fruits then.
Brilliant![]()

I use salt on most things and fry everything in butter.
Have had a couple cups of coffee a day with full cream milk. The cream is just not working for me.
Welcome! Just remember that there's no such thing as a healthy sugar, doesn't matter what it's in...
Talking about sugar, I intend to replace sugar by stevia sweetener in my coffee.
Has any of you ever used it? Any thoughts about that?
Why not Xylitol? Good for your teeth

So xylitol is fine? Will rather avoid sugar all together for now...
How does it taste?
I dont do coffee without sugar and xylitol fixed that problem for me.
Ok so as an exmaple if I had 3 or 4 cups of coffee with 1 xylitol in a day that would still be fine?
I do exactly that and it hasnt had any negative effect.
Some people say that using a sugar substitute makes you crave sugar but that doesnt happen to me.
