Ok so as an exmaple if I had 3 or 4 cups of coffee with 1 xylitol in a day that would still be fine?
be cautious with xylitol it can also act as a laxative, some peoples tolerance is higher than others
also there is a link that has been established between taking in anything with a sweet taste and a psychosomatic insulin response, so even though you're not taking in a carb you still get an insulin response which can have an effect if you want to achieve a ketogenic state.
I think I mentioned in one of my posts yesterday that fructose will have an impact on the leptin response, if you feel hungry mid morning rather have biltong or cheese as a snack, some times I have a ham and cheese roll (a slice of country ham wrapped around a block of cheese, usually a Kiri but sometimes a slice of Gouda).
