Weight Loss Thread 2014

81kg this morning. Down from 101kg in the beginning of the year. 1 to go to my target I set myself. I think I should move the goal post a bit more, I still feel flabby, maybe it's just excess skin.

20kgs is a huge accomplishment, be careful of paying toooo much attention to specific parts of your physique, that how body dysmorphia sets in :D.

Depending on your gender, your skin only feels "firm" at around 15 - 10% bodyfat, that's when you can tell if you really have excess skin folds.

WOW! Congrats!

I have undone all my gains this winter ... meh ... back up to around the 120kg mark again, from around 110kg... still down from the 128kg, just could not resist the verboden comfort foods during this cold spell... come spring, and it will be all back on track. Again.

Thanks! My 38 jean pant that I did not want wear in December because it was too tight is now falling off me even when fastened with a belt I had to customise with 3 new holes. Guess it's time to go clothes shopping again.

I'm male, 1.73m .

Awesome, go buy new clothes. This serves a dual purpose.

1: Looks great
2: If new clothes start getting tight you know you're slipping up

Your weight is good for your height, especially if you have some muscle. If you don't, go lift some heavy things - feels good and helps you change your shape.

Just dont go buying too many clothes, you might still have more to lose and then even the new clothes end up being too big.

I'll be updating all my details tonight and send it through for the "main page" info.

I have bulked a bit and now to cut and tone.
I am doing this for myself and to look good.

Right, Day 1 again and my wife has joined me. Winter let all the sweets and chocolates get in but thankfully I only put on 5 of the 20kg's I lost earlier this year.

I really want to get into this as a way of life now rather than a quick fix.

OMF, I have woken up with the worst headache I have ever had - hangovers included. I honestly thought my head was going to explode this morning and after 4x Panado I am still struggling to see straight. Sugar withdrawal is the devil!!

Peeps, it's been a rough day. I still feel like death. This is the worst start to LCHF I have ever endured. It's enough to make me never eat a chocolate again!!
