Hey guys and girls. I have my birthday coming up in 8 weeks time. I would love to loose about 5kgs to 10ks in 8 weeks. Is that truly possible without being unhealthy and not eating. I know exercise is important so have decided I am going to go walking or using my moms stepping machine everyday. Does anyone have any healthy eating plans that they like to use. :o
 
We need a picture first before any advice can be passed on! Like a before and after so we can motivate you!
 
The Somalian diet works well and is for free.

look at what they eat in there own country.

Pop around to my place every evening for two hours or so... we'll have you losing those 5kgs in no time at all! ;)

Consider following a low GI diet. Beware of weird offers to help :D

Ermmm...if you have had any past experience with what happens on this forum when someone posts a pic that isn't a "Scarlett Johanson lookalike" then I might advise against this:)
Yes yes Im sure you will all b!tch against this but there are always a few @holes who cannot contain themselves. So although you may be well intentioned in posting a pic of yourself safferbeauty...unless you have a very thick skin I may just advise you against it:)

As for weight loss....yes about 500g per week is a good constant weight to lose that you can keep off. This could of course be more but if you achieve about 500g per week then thats pretty decent. Eating healthy is a must and if you can split up your meal into 4-5 smaller ones during the day. Also if you can try and stick to lower GI foods which will keep you feeling a bit fuller for longer.
And lastly...lots and lots of cardio...swimming,running, bicycle or whatever keeps you interested enough to keep you doing it:) Good luck.
 
Umm, was just wondering why you would need to weigh less on your birthday than other days of the year?
