Hey guys and girls. I have my birthday coming up in 8 weeks time. I would love to loose about 5kgs to 10ks in 8 weeks. Is that truly possible without being unhealthy and not eating. I know exercise is important so have decided I am going to go walking or using my moms stepping machine everyday. Does anyone have any healthy eating plans that they like to use.
