Weird error upon typing

At times when i type on my Laptop, a Samsung R519 i get a funny warning sound with a window that says the following:

GetRawInputData doesn't return correct size!16!=33

What does this mean and how do I stop it or get rid of it? It is so annoying and irritating.

I am running Windows 7 Home basic 32bit.

Thanks. But I am still not sure what to do.

Seems to be Samsung software installed on the machine that could be causing this. Try what they said about uninstalling the Samsung stuff...see above.
