Weird icon on Taskbar

Does anyone know what this icon is on my Galaxy Note 10 Plus?

It only pops up every now and then.

Just looking at it I would've assumed it indicates tethering/hotspot activity.

If it pops up periodically, it should mean the App is installed, active and already setup to detect devices once they are within range. I would disable it or set it to only be used when required in manual mode under your control
