I have a Cisco Linksys X3000 as my main Router for wifi and ADSL, I have a wired D Link DIR 825 to provide wifi to the rest of the house. The issue is that when connected to the D Link over wifi (android tablet and phone) I can access my PC over LAN perfectly fine, however when connected to the Linksys over wifi I can't access my PC over LAN. FTP access, other port forwarding access and phone my PC work on both wifi connections but LAN access and transfering files over the LAN (eg file syncing programmes) doesn't work on the Linksys wifi. I can't see any issues with the setup, I haven't changed much, what could be causing this?

You say you didn't change much but obviously you changed something to not make it work anymore. Set your router to the factory default and try again.

No it's always been like this, I was saying that all I've done is setup port forwarding, the wfi and ADSL connections and IP reservation, nothing else has been changed from default

Settings can get corrupt, there is nothing wrong in restoring factory settings.

But is there a setting that could block local LAN traffic over wifi? And it has been factory reset before, issue never went away
