Weird Tab from Outlook

I noticed this developing when opening a link in Chrome: email which has a link or more, when clicking on the link opens the link in Chrome, but also opens another tab with this in it:

This site can’t be reached

--disable-features%3Dloadingwithmojo’s server DNS address could not be found.
Search Google for disable features loading mojo
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Anybody have the same thing? I notice that other people on the internet are having it, too. I don't know if I have done anything. I don't think it's my anti-virus (BitDefender). It only happens when I open a link in Outlook (2007). Maybe it's an update of Chrome.

Any advice would help.

I haven't experienced it with Outlook 2016 (16.0.8229.2086) and Chrome 60.0.3112.113 (64-bit) so it's likely to be caused by a combination of stuff loaded on machines experiencing the issue.
