Correct kingdong, the bosses have been raking in unfair increases and bonuses, when the workers are receiving small increases. That is why there companies should be using transparent annual reviewing methods, which calculate increases based on the company's annual profits as well as the workforce's achievements. IMO one can't simply expect large increases, due to the rising cost of living, with no concerns for the validity of the increases in terms of the efforts and achievements, based on proper, transparent reviews.
The solution isn't striking for more pay, but to find a means to enable profit-sharing based on the accepted contribution which each income-category makes toward the company's bottom line. It's not so hard, but yet we continue to bash heads like greedy goats, hurting the entire population in the process. That's completely ridiculous, because it damages the country far beyond the disputing sector.
