Not for the first time, Shaun Green has assisted me with getting an iBurst issue resolved.

Thanks a million Shaun.:)

Keep up the good work!

This man does miracles

I was knocking my head with accounts and this was the only person who could understand my predicament and assist.

He even gave me his cell number and asked me to call should I ever feel I cannot see the end of the tunnel.

If you go to their offices in Sandton and find you are not getting service ask for Shaun Green.

Your issues will go away.:)

I can testify of his assistance also. I am not an iBurst subscriber anymore, but this guy really did his job. He fixed my issue one time on a Saturday evening, giving me an extra 1gb bandwidth for the month for free (can't remember the exact issue at the time).

Good work

Shaun is the man... very helpful guy and always responds. People like you make the world work better.

Kudos to Shaun Green

Hi guys,

I put up a rant about my connection a few weeks ago and Shaun Green immediately PM'd me and as soon as I was available set up an appointment with me and sent a techie (a really nice guy called Peter) to my place to come check out the problem.

Peter sorted me out and was very professional in what he did. As a telecomms consumer in SA, I must say that Shaun and his iburst team have really put in a huge effort to help us out.

I've been seriously considering cancelling my iburst contract early but I'm gonna stick with it now. With people like Shaun listening to us end users (and having capable techies like Peter sent out to the field), the company can only go forward.

Kudos, thanks very much!

I must agree with you all!
Every post I make asking info, Shaun is quick to reply!
WD Shaun!
Give us an email where we can send these comments to like we do with the ideas and stuff! :P

I will see if a thanks mailbox will be ok with the powers.

Thanks guys.

Please remember the team which is always backing me up to assist you with your issues.

What happened to the old iBurst?

Did it get a make-over, or what? :D

It's good to see something positive after a lot of negativity. If only the other service providers will do the same... :)
