Wesbank - final installment date change?

So...

In April I logged onto my wesbank account and check to make sure the wife's car is finished at end of October 2016.
(so can start looking for new car for myself)

As per pic below, all was correct!
(even did screenshot and emailed to wife)




Log on today and now it has changed! WTF??

No idea why, so can't offer any advice, shocking though!

Have you called Wesbank as that is the obvious move though.

Sounds like a re-finance or payment holiday. Call em.

Refer to the original finance contract and hold them to it if no payments etc missed.

emailed and phoned them.
Reference number obtained.
Going home now to get original contract.
Luckily no payments have been missed.
