What age do couples cease sexual intercourse?

Year 2 I believe.

That's not true! lol

The truth of the matter is some people stop, some people do not - It's more down to each couple's combined sex drives, everyone is different.
If you stop after only 2 years you've got problems.

age and length of the relationship should have no bearing on the matter
mortality of one of the members of the couple however should

In SA the average life expectancy is 60 years...

Hence most folks will be screwing 'til they die.

My boet and I got a frantic call from our step mom last year.

She reckons that the old man was having a heart attack, We get there while the paramedics were busy and they say he is okay, just a scare.

It subsequently comes out he was getting it on with his SO in the shower and that brought on his elevated heart rate.

The man is 74 and still going strong.

That's an interesting question to ask one's self. I think given enough data on the subject, I'm sure a pattern will emerge in some way or the other. Age being a factor, obviously.

One of my doctor friends (Public health) was telling me she had a patient once, and elderly Zulu man, complaining that he didn't have any "power" anymore.

He uses the hand sign for "erection", so she asked him how many times a week he has sex... No, its down to 6 times a week, causing big problems for him and his wife.

:D
:erm:

When the wife is far gone and the penis shuts down lol

Let me put it this way. My mom (72),widowed, had a good close friend - a retired engineer (68). He passed away a few months ago. They used to go golfing together, to art exhibitions, watch the rugby, etc. But they'd always made it perfectly clear they were just friends, so the kids didn't have to worry.
Recently she let slip that she also misses him for another reason.
(Picture me slapping my hands over my ears going 'lalalalalalalalalalala!')

So - when do they cease? Um... never? :erm:
