What am I missing here?

Hi all,

I have a question, and I guess this might have been asked here previously, but I could not find it, so here goes.

When I log into MTNSP and look at my unbilled invoice for October this far, it says I used about 420MB. When I look at my BitMeter statistics for the month it tells me I have used (both directions) about 183MB. The MTN application confirms this number (within about 5MB).

They can't both be wrong, and looking at what I've done this month I think 183MB is a more realistic number.

Am I missing something here or is the MTNSP website wrong. I am not very keen on being charged for double the amount of data I actually used?!

what type of card are you using? my e620 gives a reasonably accurate report?
maybe you reset ure counter either by accident or someone who used your computor did so?
only thing i can do is check the amount of data that has been used on your billing side, pm me your number if you wish me to check.:confused:
