What are my options

It's nice to know there are some awesome people still taking pride in their work. I sat on live chat (to hell with the call centre) and relayed my whole sob story. He promised to escalate it because "We can't have an unhappy customer". Yesterday morning I get a call asking me what time is convenient and wouldn't you know it, one helluva nice and clued up tech arrived on time and spent like 2 hours here filling me in on exactly what is going to happen to get it fixed. I think cool, at least it's been addressed, let's give it a week or so, nope, this morning he's phoning me with an update about who he's contacted and that my line will go down shortly for the first of the repairs :D An hour later, the line comes back up and he phones me back again and says how they found a fault on the underground cable which should help a bit but they're unhappy with the bandwidth available at the exchange so that has been marked for an upgrade!

Wall of text I know but I'm just over the moon that so much was put into sorting out my problem. I know it'll be a couple weeks but I can deal with that knowing it's in excellent hands.
 
Almost a month later and still in the same boat, gotta wonder exactly what I'm paying for ......
 
Seems my hopelessness spurred karma into action. My exchange has been upgraded and so far, all my issues are gone. There really are some awesome people at Openserve!
