What are we paying for?

It is now 3:45am, I'm not capped (never have been) and still no international bandwidth!

Not slow, as it was earlyer on but non.

This service ????? is costing me R1000 per month directly and R10,000 in lost productivity, stress medication etc.

Can't we sue the $@#~^&s or somthing.

Suing is not an option unfortunately. ADSL is a "best effort" service in the eyes of Telkom. With no SLA you have no metric whereby to measure / demand refunds from them.

I cannot understand how a telecommunications product is offered without an SLA....

The question “what are we paying for” is what I would like to establish. Currently we don’t really know what we get. It will be great if we can negotiate some guarantees.
