Hi,

I have an MTN Blackberry 9105 - please advise what navigation software I can use?

Thanks

Garmap (Garmin) is free with MTN. Does your phone have GPS?
I think its *123*18#

I have a 8520 and I use Garmin mobile it was a free download from MTN. I can't remember how I got it  seems it was a limited free offer.

Hi

Ye, it has gps. Just dialled the number above and they smsed me details saying its a 30 day trial. :( other comments or suggestions would be most welcome

MTN's Garmap for mobile is worth paying for. I also got it for free but I would pay for it if I had to. It can find anything. If you want to find the nearest KFC or petrol station or whatever it is a breeze.

I found that google maps are the prettiest and most up to date. The proper blackberry maps work best for me for navigation while driving. I tried garmap but couldn't get it off of bird's eye view and the navigator voice is just scary. Blackberry maps also give nearest KFC results, but they do seem a bit old. I couldn't find a good reason to keep it until the end of the trial myself, but I drive the same road every day. Oh yes, neither google or blackberry maps recalculate when you go off-course and google maps only does north-up, but it does have street-view - something which helped me a few times before.
