I found myself stuck with about 10kgs of lemons after a deal didn't go through. Now I have no idea how I will use it all before it goes bad. If it was another type of food, I would just donate it but I don't think any charity is really looking for lemons.
I thought of juicing it all but I don't have the freezer space to carry all that juice.

Any ideas on how to use it or preserve it in a way that it could be stored on a shelf for the next 6 months?

Perfect gift for the festive season

What type of lemons?

10kg's or 100kg's.
10 kg is like a bag. 60 lemons.

A bag of lemons and you need advice on what to do? And this had you up and creating a thread at 02h00 am?

FML.
I am 1 person. Usually I consume 1kg a month. This is 10x the normal consumption and these lemons will be good for maximum 2 months. Of you don't have suggestions just keep quiet
