What conclusions can be drawn here?

Much tax payer money waiting to be spent on state funerals for all them pending heart attacks
 
Top picture is a democratic government cabinet that is there to serve the people
Bottom picture is a bunch of commie dictators and thieving, lying, fraudsters that are there to serve themselves and the cadres.
 
As far as presidents go - one is showered with praise. The other praises his shower.
