What CPU is this...

I have a socket 478 CPU in my hands but I can't seem to figure out what the specs are.

The information on the chip is as follows;

I've tried using this: http://processorfinder.intel.com/ but It wasn't very helpful.

PS: No matter what motherboard (socket 478) I've put this CPU into, it does not work so please don't suggest just plugging it into a motherboard and letting that tell me because that doesn't work.

The boards you are connecting it to might not support the CPU, which might mean that a bios update is neccesary for the board to boot happily with the CPU in it, if you hvae a recent socket 478 board (oxymoron?) try flash the bios to the latest and then see if it boots
