What data plan are you currently using on your iPad?

Recently got an iPad, cut my Cell C sim as I didn't find any reason to pay R120 :wtf: for a micro-sim. I recharge every week with at least R50 get the 500MB. Are there any prepaid data specials that I might be missing that I can use on my iPad? What is everyone else using for their iPad data and did you buy or make your own micro-sim?
 
Vodacom currently has a 20gig @R499 prepaid special going on till January

8.ta 10 gig a month for R199 (24 month contract)

Not sure if Cell C still has the 2gig a month for 12 months @R999 once-off still going
 
I have the mofaya deal with VC - 2gigs peak and 2gigs owl time

Both my pc and ipad - the service costs like R9.00 extra

however too few gigs hehehe
 
Cell C 2GB per month dongle special (not using the dongle).
But it is overkill, received 1.5GB data on my iPad since getting it about 5 months ago.
 
Yea you don't need 10GB or anything on your account anyway.

iPad simply tell you to use Wifi if you'd getting anything over 20MB - so you'll find you can't use data.

I wish they'd make that available here in PE but we don't have a iStore, which regrettably is still a requirement at this time. :o

Nonsense. I've just downloaded a 44mb file without a hitch.
 
Is anyone using MTN Uncapped Lite? I am in Durban and know that the Vodacom signal in my area is very weak and when my iPad arrives (hopefully in the first week of December) I would like to have my sim card purchased and poised for insertion! :-):o
