my rear tire is like "/" slightly, what could be the problem, I've done wheel alignment and balancing, tire shops seem to not notice a problem... :(

Rear - aka, axel. Not CV joint.

Could be a Wheel bearing, wish bone or a shock off the top of my head.

Could be rear wheel drive or 4x4 in which case it could very well have CV joints.

I suspected wheel bearing but, different places say different things, 1 place did say it might be wheel bearing (and included other faults elsewhere :wtf:) others just swopped the tires, I don't want to waste money unnecessarily...

If your wheel bearing has collapsed to the point your wheel is skew, you'd know about it from the horrific grinding noises while the car was moving.

It normally makes a humming sound when you drive and it's starting to fail. You can test it but grabbing hold of the wheel while on the car and push and pull on it. If it moves, it's the bearing.

Theres a slight humming sound when driving, i cant tell where its coming from, but wheel does not shake at all, its been tested by a variety of places

Shaking steering wheel is front wheel balancing, nothing to do with alignment.
