What car is it, maybe you lucky and it's not a sealed unit, then you can do all 4 in one go. If a sealed unit... prepare your anus :D

Could also be tyres.
 
Camber, is your tire wearing more on the outside? Camber is usualy not adjustable so hard to believe it would go out. The tire places can bend it back

Don't make OP panic in alarm.

Some humming from a car is perfectly normal as it does in fact apply friction to a road surface and make a noise and often this is the default normal behavior.
 
OP are both tyres angled? Because then it's more than likely the default setup and you are worried for nothing.

If only one is obviously different to the other then it might be a problem.

Make and Model would help deeply.
 
How is it that the tire shops can't tell what's wrong. Maybe try different shop?
 
So after driving around with a slight huming sound for a few months, I decided to bite the bullet, rocked up with a new bearing to a mechanic, pointed out the wheel i suspected, mechanic checked it out, bang bang with a hamer here and there... Bob's your uncle, I now drive hum free :)
