Pinnacle Micro does not sell Packard Bell.

Concerning the monitor, if a cap is bulging or leaking replace it, but they are usually just a symptom of the real problem (either heat or voltage related). Take it to an electronics repair shop for a free quote. Or you could just "accidentally" bump it of the table and claim from the insurance.
