Packard Bell is done by Incredible Connection, I haven't seen another supplier that does them or another retailer.

Pinnacle Micro does not sell Packard Bell.

Concerning the monitor, if a cap is bulging or leaking replace it, but they are usually just a symptom of the real problem (either heat or voltage related). Take it to an electronics repair shop for a free quote. Or you could just "accidentally" bump it of the table and claim from the insurance.;)

If you want to purchase a replacement electrolytic capacitor you could try one of the Rubycon low ESR types from www.avnet.co.za which is also in Sandton. Post again if you want more details.
