When I got WoTLK I was excited because i could be first in exploring etc. Since I only got WoW and The Burning Crusade loooong after it has been released I couldn't be the first in anything. In instances the people skipped everything just to get to the bosses.

Thing is the same is happening now. No-one wants to explore the game really. All they want is to get to level 80 A.S.A.P!!

This sucks. Even the new instances everyone just skips everything for the bosses.

It sucks in a way :p

There are like minded people out there, i am one. Love to explore everything :)

I know what you mean :( Everyone is in such a rush to ding. This happened with my Lock. I used to quest with a bunch of Questing Schumachers, it was partly my fault for not choosing wisely, the outcome being I never got to really enjoy the game or know what was going on.

Now on my DK & 2nd char I'm thoroughly enjoying it, following Jame's Horde DK Guide & just exploring too here & there.

You have to appreciate the attention to detail. I also noticed in WoTLK that theres alot of witty & somewhat dry humour with the dialogue & landscapes.

on Karazhan we have a guy who has now got about 5 Server First Achievements. lol

In my opinion, I would hate to have a server first because it just means im rushing to get things done while everyone else is taking their time and will inevitibley have much more of a game to play and enjoy.

Fortunately there aren't very many crazy rushers on kara so im enjoying the game. Dinged 74 last night, done Howljing ford and Borean Tundra only.

On another note, I seem to be the only miner/skinner on the server so im pulling in around 800g to 2000g a day rofl

hmmmz...I'm racing to lvl 80 :o

I'll take my time on my druid though...my craving for raids are to big right ow, though :o

Dinged lvl 75 today...not as insane as Bad Omen on our server that has already downed 10 bosses

Have to agree with the OP as 'epic and big screen' as the new content is there just seems to be to much rushing, and although I am enjoying parts of the game I am not as excited now as before the release, and wasn't pulled to the game this weekend as I had expected.

For me I think the game content is just way to easy. Most ppl went into the Wotlk with full epics from the 'epic give away season' before and there is zero questing down time, most mobs can be 3 or 4 shotted even by Prot warriors and Holy priests. Seems the only way to die is to go AFK.

In instances are a complete joke... pull all and aoe nuke no need to mark sap or sheep any more, sorry but there is zero skill requirement. Quest suggesting 2 or 3 ppl - come on what a joke!

There is a good chance this expansion content is going to be raped inside 3 months and there will be a bunch of yawning epic 80's.

Not that there isn't really good stuff I just think they could have toughned it up a lot!!!

Agree with Blatman.

The game is too easy, if I wanted to run around and kill things without dying I would play Guild Wars. I think a lot of peeps are going to move away from WoW when they clear all the content, which isnt far away from now.

Before when peeps were running T6 we went like wow, you guys are deffo not in Kara anymore. Now the table is spread even and made so easy everyone can do all the stuff....no more elite status = boring.

Went into my first instance in Nexus yesterday, what a joke. Healer went AFK, we still pulled trash and healed up after the mobs died, 1 DPS went away, we continued with 4.

BTW TwentyFifthNovember has already cleared Naxramas on 25 man heroic mode.

But Blizz said before hand that the opening raid content will be easier than kara was because they thought the step up from heroics to kara was way to hard but the also said, the real end-game content - like the bt's and sunwells of WOTLK will be harder and more technical than SWP

Lol at the game being too easy comments, I'm sorry but that just smells of elite wannabe.Any mature person with a job and a life would NEVER complain that the game is too easy, cause they have time constraints. The more accessible any MMORPG is the more successful it is.

I'm only on lvl71 now after starting a day later and also taking my DK to lvl59 first. Gonna see what the game has to offer. In our whole guild the 'oldest' guy is now only lvl74, so no big rush for us.

I'm still busy with Borean Tundra....and I am just amazed by the amount of quests available and the size of this starting area. Even with quite a large amount of ppl doing the same quests, it's not a mission at all to collect/kill certain amount of things.

/hats off to Blizzard (thus far)

When I start on my WoTLK journey I will be taking it slow and enjoy it. I wanted to get going and rush to 80 so I could raid endgame. This has however changed. With there not being and forsight of an expansion yet, this means WoTLK will be all we have for the next 2 - 3 years. For this reason and this reason only, I will enjoy everything there is to WoTLK I will level one of each class to 80 if I can and I will have one Hardcore char to play endgame with (Currently I think it will be my Lock :o)

As for the rest, I'll see how it goes :p.

No rushing for me what so ever, I want to go to the ends of the map and see things most people will never see, I did the same when I lvl'd my Warrior on the alliance side. That char is on lvl 62 and has something like 30 days played time :D.

I want that I'm a noob feeling again, that was the best thing ever. The very first time I rolled and thought "Mother what is this place"

I WANT THAT FEELING AGAIN !

What i enjoy or hate, depends on the time of day is the "quest hubs" 5 or 6 quests in a area, do the quests, come back, get the follow-ups, in TBC you could pick-up 25 quests in a area, go for a 4 hour journey come back.

The cool thing about the quest hub is, everything is in the same area and when the guy is finished with you he gives you a quest to go speak with someone else, thus the new quest hub, but the other side of this is, you running up and down the same road for the quest chain, and that is a waist of time.

This is what I love about it.

If one playes all quests per hub, you have fun and you fully know that part of the area by heart. Then the last quest would be to go speak to so and so at so and so place and start off a fresh again at a new part of the map.

But that's just me, even if I have to run the sam road 100 times, as long as the story line is fun I don't mind doing it for hours and hours on end.

Joy-energiser do yourself a favour and post a comment of the slightest value, thats trade channel crap.

Thiartc fair enough I still feel a sliding scale of difficulty would have be a bit more appropriate, so that all players eventually find there challenge level, instead of all potentially charging to the door of end game in a month

You havent had fun till you've done Ramparts 5man full DK group :D

I was considering switching mains from my mage to my prot pala, but damn it takes too long to quest so I'm fixed on leveling my mage now... They both 71. I'll play my pala with rested xp only.

So far i tanked utgarde, nexus and azjol - nerub .... Azjol was kinda interesting and challenging definitely start to see wotlk'ness coming to play here.

Im still level 70. I havent had too much time to play due to RL stuff, however i really laugh at all the 80's running around already. What morons. They cant have enjoyed the game at all. Which is pretty dumb. Cos they gonna be the ones who are gonna be moaning in 3 months time that there is nothing to do, blah blah.

I have had a lot of fun questing so far, they nice different sort of quests, and the scenary is awesome!

The DK starting area as well.. sjoe.
