driving a GT3 RS (actually just on weekends) ... and as fast and as amazing the GT3 RS is, you realise that the M3 is the all round sports car thats very hard to beat, the Porsche is built with only one focus in mind and that is speed at all cost

it looks very nice

:p

Adam you not allowed to have plates in front!!
So whats the fastest youve been?:o

i am a law abiding citizen ... back and front plates to the SABS standard both in front and at the back ... :)

... its just too dangerous to be wanting to try anything above 200km/h with the current roadworks.... the most ive been is maybe 220-230 ... not sure ... (so maybe i aint so much of a law abiding citizen)

That's a lot of money to end up driving a BMW? Just a thought.

Very nice Porsche Adam.

Thanks mate :)

EDIT: we jacking Rexter's thread, enough about my car ... lets get the man in the car he wants at the right price :)

It's a public road, not a ****ing race track for you to play on.

having said that about an M6, id still take an M3, miss my car ... ... still feel its the best fromt he current M models ... the right spec is DCT, PDC, Logic 7, 19"s, CF roof with white space grey or silverstone

If it was me id look for an M3 at the right price ...

+1. Still test drive both - very different cars. See which suits you. And R800k plus is too much.

hi guys if you still around need your advice. After all the moping around with the m6 and m3 i decided to order a new m3. Could you tell me what is or should be a good discount for a new m3. I ordered 1 for january 2010 and the guy offered me a
R 70 000 discount on base price of R 762 000. I will be paying about R 780 000.00 for m dct clutch, sunroof, pdc front and rear, navigation, and 19 inch wheels. IS that a good price or should i squeeze him for more discount and how much more? what is the going percentage rate that bmw is offering? BTW its a 2 door coupe

thanks guys

i cant believe that you still have to add the extra pdc... and the navigation system... i mean, with such an expensive car.

i didnt add it there is a vehicle available with that spec already. a bmw without a nav on the dash looks really ugly as well, to plain

good price man ... You could try and push for 10 percent so that extra 6k ... What colour is the car ... Please dont get a sunroof on a white, space grey or silverstone M3 .... Otherwise good spec man
