Hi,

I am intrigued by your bathing regimen and am keen to learn more about your approach to achieving a sense of freshness and vitality. Specifically, I am curious about the products you incorporate into your routine, such as soap, shampoo, and perfumes, and how they contribute to your overall experience.

(Enough chatgpt, now going to my own way of speaking):

How do you get from:

- Feeling filthy to feeling clean

- Stinking to fragranced

- From a state of lethargy to one of invigorating rejuvenation

In short, how do you bath and what do you use?

Jump into cold pool, float there for 20min. get out, put on fresh clothes and put some roll-on on. Done, fresh as a cucumber.

I use this one simple trick corporations like unilever don't want you to know. Click here to see the explanation

Bath? Wtf is this the dark ages?

Shower or gtfo. Some soap and hot streaming water is all you need to be refreshed and invigorated
Although I think that's a big reason so many people have dandruff / dry scalp from blasting their head with kak hot water - especially in winter.

Buy yourself some natural boereseep or natural oil soap

(just examples, buy whatever is available near to you)

Use it on your body & hair and get on with your life.

Sunlight green laundry soap, shower, sewn up onion sack to scrub myself. Gotta watch the pressure while ya scrubbing ya nuts though - the scrubber is quite rough. More than once I winced when I scrubbed my tjommie too hard.
