Hi all
A short intro to what this is all about. Just recently i acquired ADSL for my gaming needs, Iracing mainly. Beginning of June they installed a new line 4m then. Things worked well for a while (3 weeks) and then had syncing issues, so dropped down to 2m. For almost a month everything was ok, gaming happily etc. After that until now, problem after problem, phone line cut off, plug (jack) pulled out from exchange and now recently phone line off again.

Now this is all Telkom, not my ISP (Vox) as they cant do anything until analogue side of things are sorted out. Im so fed up cause all i want is a working line that i payed for.

This brings me to my questions, who can i speak to (Telkom) to get this sorted out, money is not an issue and if it will cost more, then so be it.
And if i cant come right (Telkom), what is my other alternative. All i want to do is have a perm connection that i can game (Iracing) on without interruptions.

Anyone that can guide and advise please help.

Thx Ponder for response, it just so frustrating that i cant get a simple stable line, and no one at telkom (10210) can come close to resolving the problem.
Will look into that thread recommended and try to PM them as well.
 
Also, you can tweet @Telkomza. They are super diligent on there and will ensure your problems are sorted.
