i couldn't find a report/transcript from that verdict, nor did i have time, but thats how i remember the judged said something ALONG THE LINES OF what was said my me above.... how do you know he didn't say it like that, did you find the transcript?

JustAsk is correct, the phrase Squire's used was "mutually beneficial symbiosis". However, it was the prosecutor that claimed "Shaik and Zuma had a generally corrupt relationship" - in declaring Shaik guilty this is something the court agreed up. So whether it is attributed to Squires or not is mostly irrelevant because the judge agreed to that fact.

ok, i resurrected this thread to show the point I made in the first post:

as we discussed, what ever happened to alleged, there was no proof nothing, but a white oke ALLEGEDLY done injustice to a black person, but according to the article, he was allready guilty

I thought all ANC supporters and officials were guilty of corruption charged or not. And isn't Zuma a rapist/fraud/corrupt if this forum is anything to go by.
Stick to the topic at hand and stop trying to make doublespeak accusations.

I think the crux of the problem here is the media reporting. I do think if the race were turned around the reference of alleged would be used. I agree 100% on the double standards however for the "innocent until proven guilty".
