What gives Axxess

You know.. I can think of no higher praise than for a company to be praised by the users of MyADSL. So far, I don't think I've seen a single complaint.. Axxess, you guys are definately doing something right, and you deserve every last bit of praise you are receiving from the users here.

So how is the shaping going for you people with Axxess accounts? Can you download something from P2P programs such emule and torrents?and what speed ofcourse?

Silent Bob, I also asked them that when I mailed them :)
Heh, they should update their FAQ page, and add all the ongoing regular questions that we all seem to ask..
hmm, one I didnt ask them was 'if I dont use my full 30 gigs, does the remainder rollover and get added to the next month's total gigs..'
If anyone knows, that'd be a useful one to get answered..

No ;) I imagine a large part of why they can offer their packages so cheaply is that not everyone uses their full allocation every month.

AFAIK its use it or lose it.

I've contacted Axxess with regards to the local capping story and the size of their caps. They're investigating currently, and will post right here on MyADSL as soon as they know what's going on.

I used to always hope for the best.. honestly. But since becoming a telkom "broadband" user, I've wised up. Now I EXPECT the worst, and, unlike the former approach, am never disappointed.
