What graphic card you using?

Sapphire Ati Radeon 9700 pro. Shipped it backed from the UK in 2003 and played Doom3 fantastic!

The sad thing is that you can buy a new laptop with the money Ati & nVidia charge for high performance graphics cards today!
 
Ti4200 also.. not bad at all, weighs a blaarie ton and I wonder how light muh pc would be without it :)

Ti4200 - my last one. Lost a deluxe ASUS Ti4200 recently.
Work machine is now an ancient geforce2 32meg piece of poo.

No ways am I buying a new card for a looooooong time.
 
Ye the Ti series were a huge success imho. My friends Ti handles games much better than my old fx5200.
ATM Im on a gigabyte 6600gt and very happy with it.
 
ATI Radeon 9500 128Mb in my notebook. Never played a game on it, so have no idea how good or bad it is :-)

Gainward geforce fx 6800 128mb vanilla version...

a great card. cost a living fortune at the time, but it still holds up :)

originally had leadtek ti4200, then leadtek gf fx 5900...
 
TRIDENT 8900 - 1MEG ISA VGA - man, you should see Doom fly with this card ! :D (Doom1 that is)

I do have an old 2meg SIS card in my firewall and I've still got a box of spare parts that include a few broken 1meg ISA cards and even an old Voodoo1 card - I think it still works, must give it a try for nostalgias sake :)
 
Before I got married and had two kids and had a bond to pay off and still lived with mommy I could afford all these nice shiny cards :(.

EGA

Saw Wing Commander 1 in VGA and bought a ****ty noname VGA card and monitor the next day

Dumped ****ty card for a top of the range S3 Diamond Stealth 64 VRAM

Then saw TombRaider at a Creative booth and bought a Rendition Verite powered Creative 3D Blaster the next day

Then saw OpenGL Quake I at a mates house and ordered a Diamond Monster 3D from the USA the next day

I then got married ;)

Eventually upgraded to a rather ****ty GeForce 5200

Saw screenshots of HalflLife 2 and Doom 3 and begged and pleaded with the Mrs for permission to blow my 13'th cheque a new rig and donate the old one to the kids
Permission was obtained but on condition that she got a Nikon D70 digital SLR out of the deal (so there went my P4 Extreme Edition with a watercooled His Radeon 9800Pro).

Played HL2 on the ****ty 5200 on my new PC until I got to the water channel slowmo level :(.

Bought a 5900XT the next day :).
 
Roidster, should that not be a HIS (rather than HIC).
Anyway, HIS is an amazing brand
 
PowerColor 9800SE (with VGA Silencer + custom rams sinks) softmodded to 9800PRO (unlocks extra 4 pixel pipelines normally disabled on the card) . Plays HL2 and CS:S awesomely. I just bought an AOpen 6800GT :D second-hand but can't use it because of ****ty 300W PSU :(.
