What happened to microsoftstore.com?

I purchased Office 2013 from www.microsoftstore.com yesterday. Today, when I try to track my order, I get this message: "We're sorry. The site you are attempting to access is restricted in your region." Can anyone else get to the site?

If you go to www.microsoftstore.co.za you get redirected to http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msmea/en_IE/home/ThemeID.32463000/Currency.ZAR/mktp.ZA

Must be a problem on their side!

I was told they are doing upgrades to the server as there were too many office orders so they are doing something in order to honour them all.
Was also told it might be fine today.
