I know I didn't imagine it, cos I have notifications of replies in my mailbox.

Where did it go?

maybe it was becoming to popular and its actually the truth!!! The truth hurts!
seriously, what ever happened to freedom of expression!!!
tossers

First of I would think, opinion was stated as fact in a very crude manner. Things like "prices suck" need to be backed up; show comparison; provide links to the relavent site to verify; elaborate on your personal experience.

Just attacking a company without backing up with evidence isn't the way to go.

Right on. "Suck" is not a swearword, it's an accepted colloquialism.

Also, AirWolf, why must dudleygb "substantiate" his opinion. It is HIS opinion, whether is it correct/substantial or not is irrelevant. I posted about a positive impression of VC, but didn't "back it up with links/examples", is this wrong?

He DOES NOT need to state any reason why he feels the way he feels, it is completely subjective.

Yes it is your opinion and your right to state it. But when you present it in a very abrasive manner just for the sake of rubbing people up the wrong way then the mods have every right to delete the thread.

Says who? You? What may be abrasive to you may be normal to other people, especially since the OP is probably frustrated.

As I said, I actually defended VC in that thread, but to just delete it because it was negative is exactly what makes customer service levels in this country non existent.

Censorship is always a very, very clumsy tool, and in this case it is even worse since this is supposed to be a community which would help the lone guy who gets snubbed in the queue.

Quite sad you don't get that.

I suggest you re-read my previous post as well as this thread regarding forum Ts & Cs;)
