Fact is that by doing this, the corporates iron-fisting (pun intended) of the consumer is perpetuated.

This consumer as you put it didn't really state how he was being "iron-fisted". If you don't care about the Ts & Cs, then you've got no foot to stand on with regards to any complaints against the Ts & Cs.

Then perhaps you should request to be de-registered.
People were giving unsubstantiated opinions wrt the iphone, Microsoft and telkom, in an abrasive way in order to rub people up the wrong way. They attacked companies like Apple, Microsoft and Telkom. Let's shed some more threads.
Hell, people have sigs with "Telkom is satan" (or something to that effect). What's the difference?

Just making an observation. Logically, rejecting the T & C's is tantamount to forum anarchy. There have to be rules, standards, etc, - or don't you agree? These are not "our" forums: They are hosted and supported and paid for by rpm & co. We are members - guests. Opening them up to anything, anyone and everything - swearing, porn, stupid meaningless posts, spamming, etc would be the thin end of the wedge - guaranteed the forum would be offline in a week. That's why we have T & C's. Which you agreed to when you joined.

no i recreated it from scratch, but i see the mods edited the title, from Vodacom wins the 'U SUCK' award for 2008-2009, to My Vodacom RANT thread....

Possibly because a "U SUCK" award does not exist
neither do Vodacom specials, but they still get to feed us their crap

if you have a problem with something why dont you express it in/with:
1 - an intelligent and eloquent manner
2 - back up your argument or complaint with relevant links ect
3 - realise this is a forum owned by a private individual/s which means your freedoms do go out the window because the owner too has rights incase you have forgotten that along the way.
but judging from your posts ect in this thread (and that is all i have seen) you seem to have checked your intelligence in favour of mindless rant.
