what happens after cap

I went over the cap as well without realizing. No warning emails etc... just found out one day I couldn't connect anymore. Took a week to get connected again after an extra R800. Email address been the same since first connection in 2003/2004 (can't remember) It was the [email protected] address too. After huge bitching and moaning session I suddenly started to get notification emails again. So far so good.

So you can phone them and transfer the money into their accounts before the end of the month and get connected again?
