Hi guys, Just been checking in my task manager and have found a file called "blammi.exe *32". It looks like it is hidden in the registry of my computer

Do you guys know if this is malware or ifit is part of system files.

If it is malware what would be the best way to get it off my system?

thanks

I've never heard of that file, hence it's probably a form of malware. You really should get good protection for your PC/laptop. Install Microsoft Security Essentials at the very least. You could also try some anti-malware apps. Do a search on google. There are plenty.

For future uncertanties, upload the file to VirusTotal, which will scan the file for malware using different products, and report back on anything thats detected by each product.
