What is free on BIS

I was always under the impression that watching You Tube and steaming in general is charged at standard data rates on BIS.

However with the latest news that MTN and Vodacom have huge data users; is it possible that You Tube is in fact free on BIS?

I am with MTN just by the way. Does anyone have a list of what is charged and what is not?

AFAIK it's not. But on the 8ta contract you take out it's free, for I think, 500MB or so.
