This is the thing! I never spoke to TelkomZA. I just made a comment that my line is dead as schit at the moment. I'll try to find my post when I have some more time later on.

I did however log a call the Friday and they sent someone out the Saturday (who couldn't resolve the issue). The Sunday morning another guy showed up and my line was fixed.

The intriguing part for me is how they correlated my post on MyBB and my real details.
