So Afrihost used to be be good, had my century city fiber line with them for about 2 years. Recently they started going down hill, both in line speed and service. I submitted my cancellation with them, and was told it would be effective 1st July. However for the past 2 days my line has been down. Their support is totally useless and they don't phone you back, so no live human. The WhatsApp support is totally useless, they keep repeating the same thing "turn off for 15min" "we have escalated it" but no Human ! I just what them to release the line so CISP can pick it up.. it is Down, no feedback, I work from home. And the support is useless. CISP is trying Thier best to assist, but Afrihost ! ! What the hell..
