I have been with Afrihost for a while. I have 2 hosting packages as well as Fibre. I have been frustrated with their service as far as billing is concerned and been trying to get someone to take ownership of the problem for a week. It seems that one needs to get to speak to Gian personally, as nobody seems to be empowered to make any decisions. They also have no idea how to run support. Moving on to another ISP in frustration. Anyone agree?
