What is this secondhand gaming PC worth?

Anybody have an idea what this PC would be worth? Trying to help out a friend, and I have zero idea of secondhand prices.
Specs as follows:
- i7 4930K 3.4GHz
- 16GB RAM
- Windows 7 Ultimate
- GeForce GTX 780 Ti
- 2TB HDD
Looking at carbonite,
CPU+MB R3000-R3700
RAM R1000
GPU R1500
HDD R750
Add to that psu, case & cooler...
Thx. No clue on the PSU and cooler, will have to look when I get there again.
