I've had this pop up for the last two days many times. I'm running Server 2003 and I've also run AVG 9's server trial anti-virus to no avail.

What is that 8f0ef9eff9fs(something).exe?

Looks like a badly written piece of malware giving errors on your system.

try clicking Start > run, type mrt and let it scan deep

Yep, agree with noswal. Take a look at Panda, F-Secure Blacklight, Trend Mico, Sophos and Mcafee anti rootkit applications. I'm pretty certain that's a rootkit you have there. All these are available as free download.
