On 200/200 line you can easily rank up a usage of 20TB+ just streaming and downloading and updating your steam games. If you add Netflix or Youtube streaming, the data usage can even be more. You have a line that can easily handle simultaneous 4k or even 8k streams and you hardly even touch your line's full potential.

Yes, 1 or 2 persons in a household cannot be compared to a family of 8+ that has multiple devices connected to the same fiber line at the same time. It is easy to have a data usage of 400GB+ per day if you have multiple devices consuming data. Netflix streaming the whole day can rank up a usage of 70GB+ per day on it's own - that is about 7GB per hour on 4k streaming. Xbox games downloads are +- 70GB to 150GB on some games and then there is updates as well that have to be downloaded before the game can be played. I guess it all depends on what you do on the internet and how many devices and users are on the same line...

Herotel's data usage dashboard doesn't work half the time, so I can't accurately say how much I'm using. October seems to be 379.9GB. I'm not sure how accurate it is though

My average daily usage is about 350GB streaming in 4K IPTV, Youtube, Netflix and kids downloading Xbox games and updates, and streaming on their devices. We have a 200/200 line and the most we did in a month was 45TB - I know it is rather excessive - I actually tested the line - how much data can be consumed in a day - I was astonished that i managed to consume almost 2TB in a day!! I wanted to see what can we push out of the line - I left the computer downloading random stuff over and over again... deleted it and re-download again. The wireless devices also streamed none stop and the kids really had a ball when I said they can download and update any game they want to play. Also I left the Wi-Fi open (no password) so any device could just connect and let the streaming and downloading and updating begin... I can just imagine the amount of data the folks with a 500 and 1Gbps line can use per day and monthly...
