What keyboard do you use for programming?

Cooler Master QuickFire XT - Cherry MX red
Also avoid using mouse as much as possible so I use BRIEF key mapping.
Luckily SlickEdit supports it.

Filco Ninja TKL Cherry MX Brown. Had it for years now, have tried a few other keyboards but really it just works.

Razer Blackwidow elite. It occasionally repeats keys though, and the volume control is not what it used to be. Disappointed to be honest

Whatever works, right? I'm personally not a fan of ergonomic keyboards.

Apple A1243 Aluminium USB Wired Keyboard With Numeric Keypad

I also had that issue with this keyboard. Loved it until keys started repeating, then it drove me mad!!

But is mechanical worth it ? I had a Rapoo V500S lovely keyboard but it was high and my wrists didn't like that. Love the sound but I ended up hitting the keys harder that slowed me down and eventually about seven days after the warranty expired it expired along side it. Just dead no clue what happened or why. Stripped it down soldered a new wire on to it but nope it was DEAD.

I went back to my laptop keyboard and it was low, felt good i type soft and fast now not complaining BUT i do miss that nice feel. So.......... Yea... Got my self a "redragon" BUT keys died on it with in two days and I demanded my money back.

So maybe the question should be mechanical or membrane?
