Hey got another example:

Why am I no longer playing? Same poef, each year with new maps.

Do I pay only for new maps? Nope, full price for a new game.

I'm the opposite. I never played MP games because my internet was crap back in the day.
Fast forward to fibre installation and I'm on over 350 hours with MW2, Warzone and MW3.

And now it's even cheaper with Gamepass adding MW3 tonight and the future CODs coming to it Day One.

Who else misses the old video store rental process?
Off topic but Blockbuster Video brings back good memories.

Running the same game/movie thing gets old.

Hence why no blockbuster movies.

Today was my first back at the cinema since Spider-Man No way Home. Prices have shot up to R100 per ticket.

Went to watch Deadpool & Wolverine and while the screen was still blank I took out my phone and played a game and listened to music. I then saw people up and leave and went with them like a lemming thinking it was cancelled. Turns out we got escorted from the 3D screen to a smaller 2D room.

I would say this would be last time going back there but after the movie, I assume it was manager was standing at the exit handing everyone free complementary tickets to everyone and apologising.

Like I said I had my earphones in when there was an announcement the 3D screening was canned so I was surprised by that.

Tiktok generation. Gets bored after 30 seconds.

It was by minute five of a blank screen and Queen's music playing softly over the speakers that I took my phone. And already have their Greatest Hits on my phone so don't you dare even go there.

Was like that in there for maybe 15 minutes.

You got old, old man.

And now there is no more newness.

No night of blockbuster bliss can henceforth make a dent in your anhedonia ...

Remember going to Speedies (Joburg South - now part of the N17) and Top Star Drive-in to see latest releases when movies were still good and worth sneaking into the drive-in for.
