A hot office or an office with very little natural light. I really hate sitting in an office with closed blinds. At my previous place of work the one older guy insisted on all the blinds being closed because of screen reflection.

Makes me miserable.

I'm in a cave. No natural light. No windows. It gets stuffy and there are 5 other people in here. I am severely underpaid and stressed out at the moment.

Been trying to find the source of my misery these last few weeks and I think this might be it.

Low quality in regards to readability.
Unnecessary comments.
If I see people use proper namespaces to do what others do with comments , I think better of that person already.
Using cascading If statements when a switch statement will be so much better.
The use of the incorrect version of the .NET Framework.
People who troll the internet to steal other people's CSS designs.
People who can only do websites with Dreamweaver.

You think? XD
Get out... like, yesterday.

My biggest gripe. Unrealistic deadlines set by managers that have no clue of the work involved, and constant scope change on projects.

when you're new to technology and the expectation is that you finish projects in the same time as the experts.

Someone else, writes cheques their asses can't cash, and you just magically have to make it work. Scope, no you animal, not the porno mag :P, clients have zero (kelvin) idea what scope is and how not to creep it... Payday madays and clients who want cheap/free work done.
