As to the original question, what makes SOWETO special?
Lots of things:
It is a melting pot of cultures in South Africa
It has a larger population than Namibia
And it happens to be the blast radius of a 300 kt Nuke ( obvious Troll)

Presuming you aren't the only one... I don't agree with any of this, if it's free electricity then it should be for all.. If they have to install prepaid meters on non-payers because there is no "Free" electricity just arrogant people wanting the world for free....

Sorry but as far as I see it Eskom is a company and if I were in the position of Eskom CEO I would cut non-payers off. Simple rule, "Install prepaid and pay per use or pay what you owe. Until such a time I would turn them off."

And if their statement is "ANC promised us free electricity" then guess what gents... Go protest to them to pay the bills. Eskom was not the one that promised it.
